• What’s involved:

You will be engaged in fielding and responding to enquiries both by telephone and by letter in respect of the following:

I. Requests for repairs
II. Tenants rent account
III. Tenancy and estate management matters
IV. Points and position for waiting list applicants
V. Mutual exchange, mobility schemes and Housing Associations
VI. Homelessness and emergency housing
VII. Tenancy termination and commencement procedures
VIII. Garage lettings and terminations

- minimum of 2 years office administration experience
- correspondence writing experience
- understanding of housing issues likely to be raised by tenants, including repairs
- experience of handling incoming telephone queries from members of the public
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook
