Job Description
An 80 + bed nursing home requires a Deputy Home Manager to assist the Home Manager in the running of the home.
This well established nursing home based in the heart of a rural community requires an experienced RGN who ideally has previous experience with care of the elderly and dementia sufferers. Your main duties will be to act as manager in the absence of the home manager, motivate staff, organise staff rotas and ensure the social, physical and mental welfare of the residents is looked after.
