Outline Job Profile:
Electro-mechanical assembly work with ability to work unsociable hours and prepared to work off site as required.
Testing and termination by means of soldering and crimping of electrical components with looms and routing ESA standards. Wiring of different electrical components, soldering, termination of connectors.
Qualifications and/or Skills:
Essential:
Desirable: ESA qualified, IPC610, C & G, NVQ Electrical or equivalent
Previous Experience:
Essential:
Demonstrable experience of working within an aerospace industry is essential and prior to knowledge of any aspects outlined above will also be advantageous as well as being familiar with class 100.000 clean room practices
Desirable:
Familiar and able to work with shop documentations such as drawing, work instructions and bill of materials to standard processes and procedures
N:B Candidates will be required to work 4 - 6 weeks on normal days whilst being trained/qualified to ESA standard. This time will be paid at basic hourly rate.
