Our client is based in the finance sector. The head office is here in Milton Keynes and after a large growth in business, they are expanding their collections department.

Job Responsibilities:

As a collections administrator, you will be:

Maintaining the database with up to date and accurate records.
Creating and sending letters
Monitoring the quality of the database
Investigating and monitoring fraud accounts

Preferred Skills:

Confident telephone manner
Good understanding of Word and Excel
Analytical
Good eye for detail
Organised and efficient

Good communicator
