Our national client is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MANAGER to work in their CALL CENTRE and join their ever expanding global company.
The overall purpose of the role will be to lead a high performance Customer Service team, coaching and developing techniques that deliver a world class customer service to internal and external customers.
The right person will possess the following attributes:
- a leading, motivational and inspirational attitude to develop and effectively manage the Customer Services Recovery Department a team of circa 50+
- the ability to recruit, train and develop the team at all times
- the ability to analyse and produce monthly reports based on kpis and slas discovering issues/highlight/ training needs etc and reporting
- The ability to perform 1-2-1s at all times disciplining, coaching where required and understanding the HR processes
- A proven track record of working in a high volume call centre working at high levels of SLAs and kpis
