Preferred Skills:


• B2B sales or recruitment industry experience essential
• Proven record of working to and exceeding targets
• Experience of success in a competitive sales environment
• Current full driving licence for the purpose of client visits
• Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent

As a new Randstad consultant your career will start with a comprehensive 12 week induction period, focusing on learning the key skills associated with your role and achieving your critical business goals. Normal working week is 40 hours Monday to Friday, between 830am and 530pm - plus one hour for lunch.
