This role is responsible for the timely management of the release and flow of stock to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. Based both within an Office environment and warehouse, you will be reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, duties will include;

- Raising of purchase orders, picking lists and consignment notes on the warehouse management system.
- Email management.
- Dealing with queries and problems.
- Monitoring and adjusting consumable stock levels.
- Maintenance monitoring and maintenance of stock levels using the warehouse management system.
- Close liaison with customer service and warehouse management teams.
- Producing reports.
- Liaison with the warehouse leadership team of any issues that may arise.
- Maintain the warehouse map and warehouse stock records in line with product amendments and warehouse efficiency.
- To control the introduction of revised products on the contract manager's instructions and to organise the disposal of waste products.
- Working from production plans to ensure that stock is available on time and in the right quantity for manufacturing. - Placing orders, chasing suppliers and logging deliveries.

The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience of working within a fast paced warehouse environment. Proven knowledge and experience of working with a computerised warehouse management system and related software. Forklift licences would be desirable.
